Daniel Craig in Talks to Join Netflix’s “Chronicles of Narnia” Adaptation

British actor Daniel Craig is reportedly in discussions with Netflix to join its upcoming adaptation of The “Chronicles of Narnia”.

Originally a seven-book fantasy series by C.S. Lewis, The “Chronicles of Narnia” has seen various screen adaptations over the years.

Netflix acquired the rights in 2018, bringing filmmaker Greta Gerwig on board in 2020 to direct the first installment.

According to Deadline on March 13, Craig is in the process of finalizing a deal with Netflix for a role in the adaptation. If confirmed, this would mark his second major collaboration with the streaming giant following his lead role in Rian Johnson’s Knives Out franchise.

While details about Craig’s potential character remain unknown, speculation is growing as Netflix continues to develop its vision for the beloved fantasy series.
