This marks his return to Nollywood, two decades after his acting debut.
Nigerian-French singer Victor Ike is set to star in and co-produce the upcoming film “A Nation’s War”, in collaboration with veteran actor and producer Emeka Ike.
The film will also feature Hollywood actor Jimmy Jean-Louis alongside Nollywood stars Destiny Etiko, Gideon Okeke, and Emmanuel Ehumadu (popularly known as Emma Labista).
On July 16, Victor Ike shared his excitement about joining the project, reflecting on how long it had been since he last worked in film.

“‘A Nation’s War’ stars both an amazing Hollywood and Nollywood cast, produced by Emeka Ike. Let’s take creative art to another level!!!” he wrote.
The movie, produced and directed by Emeka Ike under the banner of Emeka Ike Productions, explores themes of terrorism, family, and war. It follows the story of Major Chike Harrison, the central protagonist.

Describing the film as a “groundbreaking global project,” Victor Ike noted that this marks his return to acting nearly 20 years after playing a Prince in a Nollywood production.
Further details about the production remain under wraps.
