Now in its third week, Gingerrr continues to dominate the Nigerian box office, holding the number-one spot for the third consecutive week.

The heist thriller, directed by Yemi Morafa and produced by an all-women team including Wunmi Toriola, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori (Kiekie), Bolaji Ogunmola, and Bisola Aiyeola, has now grossed ₦262.1 million. The film, which also stars its executive producers, is edging closer to the ₦300 million benchmark.

Gingerrr’s strong performance comes as Demon Slayer: The Infinity struggles to cross the ₦200 million mark in its fifth week, despite an impressive opening that set a record for the highest-grossing anime debut in Nigeria.
