Dearest Reader, Bridgerton season is upon us!
Netflix has officially revealed the release dates for the upcoming fourth season of the Emmy Award-winning series Bridgerton.
Like its predecessor, the new season will arrive in two parts: Part 1 premieres on January 29, 2026, while Part 2 follows a month later on February 26, 2026.
Season 4 will center on Benedict Bridgerton, the eldest of the Bridgerton siblings, as he embarks on a romantic journey with a mysterious woman named Sophie, whom he meets at Violet’s masquerade ball.
The plot has been described as a Cinderella-inspired tale infused with the grandeur, costumes, and charm of the Regency era.
The season stars Luke Thompson as Benedict and Yerin Ha as Sophie, alongside a returning ensemble cast that includes Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley, Julie Andrews, Victor Alli, Adjoa Andoh, Lorraine Ashbourne, Nicola Coughlan, Ruth Gemmell, Claudia Jessie, Luke Newton, and Hugh Sachs.
Bridgerton Season 4 continues under the creative direction of Shonda Rhimes via Shondaland, with Betsy Beers, Tom Verica, and Chris Van Dusen serving as executive producers. Jess Brownell returns as showrunner.
The season is adapted from Julia Quinn’s best-selling novel An Offer from a Gentleman, first published in 2001.
