Tosin Adeyemi, Paul Utomi Star in “A Husband’s Wife”
A Husband’s Wife, a family drama stage production based on Tyrone Terrence’s novel of the same name, is set to premiere on October 25 and 26 at GQ, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Directed by Bimbo Olorunmola, the play follows Femi and Tomi, a couple whose marriage faces a difficult test when Femi confesses to having an affair with a younger woman. What begins as a confession spirals into a tense exploration of love, guilt, and emotional survival.
Starring Paul Utomi and Tosin Adeyemi in lead roles, A Husband’s Wife examines the painful collision of loyalty and betrayal within a marriage on the brink. According to the organizers, the story portrays “a brutal cocktail of lust, regret, and the ultimate betrayal,” as Tomi struggles to protect not just her marriage but also her peace of mind.
Tickets for the stage production are currently available for purchase.
