Lagos Fringe Unveils Official Film Screening Schedule for 2025 Festival

The art festival is set to spotlight lstories including documentaries and short films for its six-day run.

Lagos Fringe, an annual multidisciplinary art festival, has unveiled its official film screening schedule, aimed at celebrating diverse and powerful African stories across documentaries and short film titles. 

 

The festival organisers recently shared the screening schedule on Instagram, spotlighting selected creative film projects for its ongoing six-day festival, running from November 18 to 23, 2025 at Freedom Park in Lagos.

Some unveiled short films and documentaries screening at Lagos Fringe 2025 edition include Mara, Tell It No More, Night Shifts, Irin Ajo (The Journey), Mother, Ovisa, Beyond Olympic Glory,  In Her Shoes, The Unseen Wounds and Message from Anonymous

 

Away from film screenings, the annual art festival also promises other art-related line-ups including music concerts, workshops, masterclasses, art exhibitions, spoken words and comedy. 

 

With its 2025 theme ‘Hybrid Identities: Merging Boundaries,’ Lagos Fringe Festival by Pawstudios Africa, hopes to contribute to the conversation of identity, exploring its diverse yet similar narratives that shape humanity.
