Predator Badlands has grossed ₦59 million during its first week at the Nigerian box office.
According to data from the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN), the ninth film in the long-running sci-fi horror franchise opened with ₦59 million over the weekend, topping the Nigerian box office.
The film went on to gross ₦4.8 million, ₦4.7 million ₦7.1 million and ₦4.7 million from Monday through Thursday, tallying ₦59.4 million for the week.
Its performance nearly doubled that of second-place Gingerrr (₦34.7 million), cementing Predator: Badlands as the clear market leader for the week.
On the global stage, the film launched with an impressive $80 million worldwide, including $40 million from the U.S. domestic box office, marking one of the strongest openings in franchise history.
