The upcoming Nollywood romantic comedy Everything Is New Again has unveiled behind-the-scenes character photos offering a first look at its lead characters.
The images introduce the film’s principal cast and hint at the interpersonal dynamics that drive the story.
Set in Lagos, the film explores an age-gap romance, centring on an older woman who finds herself drawn to a younger man despite family opposition and social expectations. The narrative leans into familiar romantic comedy territory while grounding its conflict in everyday social realities.
The newly released photos spotlight lead actors Mercy Aigbe and Vince Olugu, alongside supporting cast members Nancy Isime, Desmond Elliott, Gbubemi Ejeye, Gbemi Akinlade, Angel Unigwe, Olumide Oworu, Abayomi Alvin, and Shammah Agah.
For Aigbe, the project marks her return to the big screen following her 2024 film Thin Line, which she both produced and starred in.
Everything Is New Again is directed and executive produced by Naz Ozuno, founder of Inkblott Productions, and is produced in collaboration with FilmOne Studios.
The film is scheduled for a January 2026 cinema release.
