The Day You Found Us, a thriller starring Nancy Isime and Daniel Etim Effiong and directed by Richard Omos Iboyi, will open in Nigerian cinemas on February 13, 2026.
Osagie Solomon, Rosemary Isong, Ayo Adesanya, Priscilla Okpara and Mojisola Adeganjo round out the film’s ensemble cast.
The film follows Dr. Porsha, played by Isime, who is determined to ensure her child’s father remains present in their life. It explores themes of revenge, betrayal, marriage, mental illness, infertility, heartbreak and love.
Written by Pacass Adebayo, the film is executive produced by Tochi Henry Ezeani and Kenneth Y. Beetseh, with a story by Iboyi, whose previous credits include April Showers (2022) and Suga Suga (2022).
Produced under Henryking Productions in collaboration with Kennedy of Nollywood Productions, the film will be distributed nationwide by Sky Films Distribution.
The Day You Found Us arrives in cinemas on February 13.
