Michael has crossed $600 million at the global box office three weeks after release, continuing its strong commercial run in cinemas worldwide.
The film now trails Bohemian Rhapsody, the highest-grossing music biopic of all time, which earned $911 million globally.

Directed by Antoine Fuqua, Michael stars Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson, charting the singer’s early life and rise to global stardom as the “King of Pop.”
The film is produced by Graham King, alongside John Branca and John McClain.
With its current trajectory, Michael is expected to challenge previous records in the music biopic category, though industry observers say it still has significant ground to cover to overtake Bohemian Rhapsody.
