Waiting for Tomorrow, an upcoming stage play starring Omowunmi Dada and Gideon Okeke, is set to debut in Lagos in September.
The play, produced by TripleA25, will explore issues within families and society through a blend of humor and drama, with the production promising to examine its themes through relatable and satirical storytelling.
In a recent collaborative post on Instagram, Dada and Okeke were unveiled as part of the ensemble cast alongside Wole Ojo, Lolade Okusanya, Treasure Enagbare, Jude Chukwuka, Omotunde Adebowale-David, Toyin Alausa and Ralph Okoro.

With its focus on family and society, Waiting for Tomorrow joins a growing body of stage productions and films exploring the complexities of these systems through stories drawn from everyday experiences.
The play is scheduled to run from September 5-6, 2026, at the Muson Centre in Lagos, with two shows at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. each day.
Details about the plot remain under wraps.
