Published comments are visible with the name you provide, their date and any website link or avatar displayed. The comment email field is not displayed as part of the public comment. An email-derived identifier may be sent to Gravatar to retrieve your avatar; Automattic’s privacy policy explains that service.

Articles may contain embedded videos, images or social content. The provider can receive technical information and use its own cookies when that content loads or is used. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Storage and security
