Starring Michael B. Jordan, the film grossed a total of ₦600.7 million and attracted over 100,000 admissions nationwide in five weeks to reach this milestone.
According to the latest update from Nigerian Box Office on X, as of May 17, 2025, “Sinners” now ranks as the 10th highest-grossing title of all time in the country.
Set during the Jim Crow era and infused with supernatural elements, the film’s latest milestone further cements its dominance in the cinematic world.
By the weekend of May 11, 2025, “Sinners” had grossed ₦567 million in local cinemas, holding firmly to its number-one spot
Produced by Coogler’s Proximity Media, “Sinners” has now made a global profit of $300 million, making it one of the most profitable original films of the decade.
