“Crossing Paths,” the latest offering from Ghanaian cinema is prepping for its grand premiere on June 28 at Silverbird Cinemas in Accra Mall and West Hills Mall.

Helmed by Ghana-based Nigerian filmmaker Pascal Amanfo—teaming with Diamond Pillar Productions and Queen Char’s Media Network—this touching Christian-romantic story weaves together themes of love, divine timing, and emotional restoration.

At the heart of “Crossing Paths” are three couples whose lives intersect in ways that feel accidental but are anything but, hence the central message of the film: divine timing. Glory encounters Morris, a compassionate healthcare worker, in what appears to be a random moment yet destiny has other plans. Meanwhile, Morris’s colleague, Amos, finds himself drawn to Blessing, a devoted single mother raising a child with special needs. Elsewhere, Jake, a recently divorced father, wins a home makeover and slowly begins to rediscover joy and purpose through Saskia, the empathetic designer assigned to transform his space.

It stars household Ghanaian names such as Irene Opare, Roselyn Ngissah, Jessica Williams, Peter Ritchie, Omari Dwamena, Joyce Nana Ama Maanu, Edwin Agbeli Jnr., Bella Agyemang, Don K. Kingsley Yamoah and Charlene Quaye.

“Crossing Paths” would be Amanfo’s second project off 2025, after the comedy-drama series, “Kpakpo My Husband” which graced Ghanaian screens back in March.
