Nollywood drama Red Alert is set for nationwide cinema release on August 29, 2025.
Directed by Austin Faani, the crime drama explores a bitter feud between two powerful drug lords that spirals out of control after the daughter of one of them is kidnapped. Suspicion quickly falls on his rival, reigniting a violent war marked by betrayal, revenge, and shifting power.
The film features an ensemble cast including Alex Usifo,Kissy Uzoma Chacha Eke, Jide Ekene, Kamara Faani, Linda Osifo, Maleek Milton, and Tina Mba.
Earlier in March, Red Alert screened in Dallas, Texas, as part of its U.S. tour, building anticipation ahead of its Nigerian theatrical debut.
With its themes of power, vengeance, and survival, Red Alert marks another entry into Nollywood’s growing catalogue of crime dramas.
