Nigerian filmmaker Ted Abudu is set to premiere her latest feature film, “A Night in 2005”, in cinemas on October 11, 2024.
Known for projects such as the short film “Crash” and the web series “Money Men Marriage”, Abudu takes on the roles of both writer and director for this highly anticipated release.
The film tells the story of a life-altering night, exploring the complexities of love, family dynamics, friendship, and loyalty. As the plot unfolds, viewers witness how relationships are tested in the face of unforeseen events.
The star-studded cast includes Ini Dima-Okojie, Efa Iwara, Bimbo Akintola, Ireti Doyle, Teniola Aladese, Uzoamaka Aniunoh, and Bimbo Akintola, among others.
Produced by Inem King, the film benefits from location support provided by EbonyLife Place, while FilmOne Entertainment serves as the official distributor.

Ted Abudu, daughter of media mogul Mo Abudu, continues to carve out her own path in the film industry. In July 2024, she was selected for a prestigious four-week residency for filmmakers in Los Angeles, organized by African Creative TV (ACTV).
