‘’The Artifact’’ Brings Action and Mystery to Theaters on March 21

Nollywood audiences are set for an action-packed adventure as “The Artifact,” directed by Tolu ‘LordTanner’ Awobiyi, prepares for its nationwide release on March 21, 2025.

Blending action, mystery, and cultural exploration, the film follows four friends on a high-stakes quest to recover three powerful stones hidden within an ancient artifact.

The story unfolds across major Nigerian cities, including Lagos, Ilesa, Benin, Onitsha, and Keffi, offering a visual showcase of the country’s rich landscapes and traditions. However, the journey is anything but smooth, as dangerous enemies lurk, determined to seize the artifact at any cost.

“The Artifact” features an ensemble cast led by Adeoluwa Akintoba, Sharon Rotimi, Gabriel Afolayan, Miracle Iyanda, and Kunle Remi. Behind the scenes, Awobiyi directs and produces, while Attah Ayegba Victor pens the screenplay.

Ahead of its release, the filmmakers have launched a ₦4 million treasure hunt, mirroring the film’s adventure theme and engaging audiences in an interactive experience.

With its mix of suspense, action, and cultural depth, “The Artifact” is shaping up to be a major Nollywood event.
