The Afrobeats star is scheduled to perform in Lagos, Nairobi, and Ivory Coast over the holidays.
Afrobeats star Asake has announced his Money African Tour, set to take place in December 2025. The Grammy-nominated artiste will headline shows in Nairobi, Lagos, and Ivory Coast, with additional countries expected to be added to the lineup.
According to the schedule released by Asake, the tour begins in Nairobi, Kenya, on December 20, followed by a December 24 performance in Lagos, Nigeria, and a final confirmed stop in Ivory Coast on December 27. Ticketing details have already been announced with the concert in Nairobi already sold out.
The announcement follows a relatively quiet year for the artiste, whose last studio album, Lungu Boy, was released in 2024. That project was supported by a four-month tour. In 2025, Asake has remained musically active with singles such as BADMAN GANGSTA featuring Tiakola, WHY LOVE, and a collaboration with British rapper J Hus titled Gold.

Beyond music, the singer has undergone a notable image reinvention, cutting his signature dreadlocks and frequently adopting military-inspired fashion. The shift sparked speculation of a forthcoming album, although no project has been officially announced.
Asake’s Money African Tour underscores a growing trend of Afrobeats artistes bringing large-scale performances to African audiences, reflecting the genre’s global success while strengthening its cultural and economic roots at home.
