The album heads straight to No. 1 on Spotify, U.S. Apple Music, and global charts.
Justin Bieber’s seventh studio album “Swag” is already doing big numbers on global streaming services following its surprise release on July 11, 2025.
The album debuted with nearly 200 million global first-day streams, making it an easy slide into the top spot on the Global, U.S. Apple Music, and Spotify Albums charts. It also pulled in 74.5 million streams on Spotify, marking Bieber’s biggest album debut yet and the second-biggest debut of 2025, behind Playboi Carti’s “Music.”
“Swag” is projected to sell 175,000 units in its first week—enough for a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 next week. If that holds, it will mark his seventh Billboard No. 1 album and extend his record as the youngest solo artiste to earn seven No. 1 albums at the age of 31.
The 21-track project already has clear fan favorites. Track 2, “Daisies,” claimed the top spot on Spotify’s U.S. and Global Song Debut Charts within hours of release and continues to lead the Global and U.S. Apple Music charts. Other songs like “All I Can Take,” “Go Baby,” “Yukon,” and “Way It Is” with Gunna are occupying various positions in the top 10 of those charts. With this momentum, Bieber could debut eighteen (if not more) songs on the Billboard Hot 100 next week.
“Swag” marks a dramatic shift from Bieber’s signature pop stylings, as he leans into alternative pop and revisits his R&B roots, reminiscent of 2013’s “Journals.”
The album, which delves into his new life as a husband and father, is being described as his most mature work yet.
“Swag” features collaborations with Gunna, Lil B, Sexyy Red, Druski, Eddie Benjamin, and others.
