Magic Media Studios Announce “Two Hearts, One Soul” Ahead of Exclusive Screening

Magic Media Studios and Nne Studios have unveiled their latest collaboration, “Two Hearts, One Soul,” a heartfelt film directed by Myde Glover and written by Ufuoma Bakporhe. Produced by Glover alongside Morenikeji Uka and Bolu Abiodun, the film narrates the story of two strangers whose chance encounter leads to an unforgettable day of love, laughter, and quiet revelations that reshape their lives.

The film features Miracle Inyanda (“The Artifact”, “Lahira”) as Motunrayo, a free-spirited woman carrying a secret, alongside Glover (“Slum King”, “A Danfo Christmas”) as Yemi, a disillusioned photographer who finds his perspective altered by their unexpected connection. Tolulope Odewumi (“Masquerades of Aniedo”, “Dear Diane”) also stars in the film.

As part of their ongoing mission to spotlight emotionally resonant African stories, Magic Media Studios and Nne Studios will present the film at Exclusive Screening 2.0, a curated showcase of heartfelt and impactful narratives from emerging voices in African cinema. The film joins “Convictions,” a partnership with Shiney Captain Productions, and We Are Good People in the lineup for the event.

The Exclusive Screening, which was founded out of passion and necessity in response to the lack of premiere opportunities for short films, seeks  to create a space where independent filmmakers can present their work to an engaged live audience outside of traditional film festivals or online platforms.

Established by Magic Media Studios and Nne Studios, the event aims to celebrate the artistry, effort, and storytelling behind each production, offering filmmakers greater visibility and recognition, and offering audiences the magic behind short films.

Exclusive Screening 2.0 will be held later in the year.
