Renowned Kannywood director Kamilu Ibrahim, popularly known as Dan Hausa, is teasing a new series titled “Wata Shida.”
On April 27, Dan Hausa unveiled the official poster on Instagram, sparking excitement among fans and followers of Hausa-language cinema.
Describing the series as deeply personal, Dan Hausa said “Wata Shida” is a passion project created with sincerity and full creative commitment.
“This one is from the bottom of my heart. Something unique and extraordinary,” he wrote. “I’m feeling this series, and I love it. I’m 100% sure fans will love it too. We’re ready to do amazing work in amazing style, by the grace of God. Coming your way soon!”
The series is directed by Dan Hausa and produced by Hayatuddeen Yakubu, known for “Tawakkaltu.”
While the poster has stirred buzz, further details about the cast or release date have yet to be announced.
