PEFTI Film Institute, in collaboration with Nouvelle Films, is set to host an intensive one-week practical music video workshop from June 9 to 13 at PEFTI’s campus in Isolo, Lagos. This hands-on training program will bring together top industry professionals to guide participants through every stage of music video production — from concept development to final cut.
Nouvelle Films, the creative force behind standout music videos like “Stronger” by Young Jonn, “Awuke” by Davido and YG Marley, “Focus on Me” by Darkoo, and “No Games” by Fave — as well as high-profile commercials like the 2024 Ashluxe fashion ad — promises a comprehensive learning experience. The workshop will cover concept creation, pre-production planning, production techniques, post-production workflows, and marketing strategies, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to thrive in the music video industry.
Open to stylists, directors of photography, creative producers, directors, art directors, and all other creatives involved in music video production, this program offers a rare opportunity to gain real-world experience under the mentorship of industry veterans.
At the end of the workshop, participants will premiere the music video produced during the training in front of a live audience, serving as a dynamic showcase of their newly acquired skills.
Registration is now open. An entrance fee applies.
