Tanya Price Confirms “The Present Help”,Teases Comedy “Lost in Lagos”
Tanya Price, known for her work on Christmas in Miami, The Waiter and the recently released Revelations, is expanding her creative footprint with two upcoming projects that mark a shift in her approach to storytelling.
Speaking with The Nollywood Reporter, Price confirmed that her faith-based drama The Present Help—shot in Utah in June with veteran actor Richard Mofe-Damijo—is scheduled for release later this year. “That story was very close to my heart, and bringing it to life felt like a calling,” she said.

She also teased her upcoming comedy Lost in Lagos, currently in development with Queen Tutts Productions alongside Peekaboo Productions and Darlington Abuda. Parts of the film have already been shot in Utah, with additional scenes planned for Nigeria ahead of its 2026 release.
On her decision to take on lighter projects after a run of intense dramas, Price shared: “I want to explore joy on screen — comedy, romance, just projects that make people smile while still telling meaningful stories.”
With a pipeline of diverse roles ahead, Price is positioning herself as one of the more versatile figures straddling Nollywood and diaspora filmmaking.
