Popular actress Zainab Abdullahi, also known as Zainab Indomie, has explained why she stepped away from acting in the Kannywood industry.
The 28-year-old star, celebrated for her ability to portray diverse roles, her makeup skills, and her distinctive voice, recently addressed her absence in an interview with BBC Hausa.
Explaining her decision, Abdullahi said, “The Hausa people say that someone has to move and then someone else finds a place. If the person in the place says he will not move, then those behind him will never find a place, and they will also reach where he has reached.”

She added that once a person has achieved their goals, it is important to create space for others to pursue and accomplish theirs.
Abdullahi, known for films such as “Rai Dai “and “Romeo Da Jamila,” also denied allegations that her withdrawal was due to being associated with people suspected of influencing her morals.
Speaking about her future plans, the actress, who joined the industry in 2008, said she has no intention of returning, as she has fulfilled her aspirations in Kannywood
