Clarence Peters’ “Inside Life” Set to Premiere on Netflix This October

Renowned Nigerian filmmaker Clarence Peters is set to premiere his new series “Inside Life” on Netflix on October 11, 2024.
The series, which takes place in the bustling city of Lagos, follows the intertwining stories of three individuals grappling with desperate situations within the city’s infamous prison system.
“Inside Life” explores the survival journey of a man trapped in the prison, the relentless fight for justice by a devoted sister, and the personal struggles of an ambitious woman. As their paths cross, viewers are introduced to a web of suspense, secrets, and supernatural twists, showcasing the darker, mystical side of Lagos.
Featuring an impressive cast that includes Gabriel Afolayan, Scarlett Gomez, Meg Otanwa, Jigan Babaoja, and Nollywood icons Jide Kosoko and Zack Orji, the series promises a gripping blend of drama and the supernatural.
Directed by Peters and written by Tonia Chukwurah, Olumide Kuti, and Peters himself, “Inside Life” adds to the filmmaker’s extensive body of work.
Peters, who is also the CEO of Capital Dream Pictures, is known for his directorial work across various genres, including the popular series “Everyday People” and music videos for top Nigerian artists like Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Tiwa Savage.
In addition to “Inside Life”, Peters has directed and produced several short thriller and horror series, including “HEX” and “Knee Down”. His latest projects, including “Inside Life” and “Scratch”, are set to debut on Netflix and Amazon later this year.
