Starlomo, directed by Kayode Kasum is set to hit cinemas nationwide on September 25, starring Nigerian comedian and actor Kamo State, who co-produced the film.
At its heart, the upcoming film explores themes of breakthrough, ambition, survival and resilience. It follows a gritty but inspiring story set against the backdrop of Lagos and the reality of chasing one’s dreams in the city.
The cast include but is not limited to Oluwabukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, Odunlade Adekola, Ibrahim Chatta, Kamo State, Lateef Adedimeji, Abiola Adebayo, Olakanmi Adepeju Itunnu, Ajibola Akindele, Samuel Bankole, and Rooboy.
Aside Kamo State, Muyiwa Idowu (MuyiBanti) and Barbara Babarinsa also join as producers of the film, produced under Film Tribe Media, FilmOne Studios and Kamo State production companies.
Distributed by FilmOne Entertainment, Starlomo premieres in cinemas nationwide on September 25.
