Tolu Ajayi’s “Over The Bridge” Set to Hit Theatres in Days

International Filmhouse and champions of the “New Wave Nigerian Cinema,” Beyond Nollywood, in conjunction with Picture House Cinemas and Dark Matter, are set to premiere their latest project “Over the Bridge” on Oct.18.
The Tope Ajayi-directed modern day drama follows an accomplished investment banker who seems to have the dream life. When he lands in hot water due to a high-profile government project gone sour, his life takes a turn for the worst, and he starts to question the meaning of life.
Ozzy Agul takes on the lead role as Folarin, a man who is put on life’s high pedestal, only to be knocked down. Joining him on the big screen are Joke Silva, Deyemi Okalanwon, Paul Adam, Segilola Ogidan, and Chimezie Imo.
“Over the Bridge” was written and produced by Tosin Otudeko. It is set to premiere in theatres in the United Kingdom, with special screenings in London, Dublin. Brighton, Liverpool, Exeter, Southhampton, and Norwich.
No word has been given yet on whether it will be screened in Nigerian cinemas.
