Davido’s fourth studio album, “Timeless,” has officially earned a Silver certification in the United Kingdom from the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).
The certification confirms that the 2023 album has surpassed 60,000 units in sales in the UK, marking a significant commercial achievement for the Afrobeats star.
Upon its release, the 17-track project recorded multiple milestones. It debuted at No. 10 on the Official UK Albums Chart and set a record with 14.5 million streams on its first day on Spotify — the biggest debut for any album on Spotify Nigeria. That record remains unbeaten by any Nigerian project to date. The album also debuted at No. 1 on the TurnTable Nigeria Albums Chart.
“Timeless” produced several hit songs including “Unavailable” featuring Musa Keys, “Kante” featuring Fave, and “Feel.” It also earned Davido a nomination for Best Global Music Album at the 66th Grammy Awards.
The singer is currently on a world tour promoting his latest project, “5ive.” The tour began on July 11 and is expected to run through November 2025.
