Austen-Peters Celebrating 10 Years of “Saro: The Musical”

Terra Kulture is commemorating 10 years of “Sao: The Musical” with a seven-day run at its Victoria Island Arena starting Dec. 22, 2023, through Jan. 2, 2024.
According to its synopsis, ““Saro: The Musical” is an electrifying musical play set in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria, who follows the dreams and challenges of three talented boys – Azeez, Laitan, and Efe – hailing from the humble village of Kutuwenji, where they were local sensations. Driven by their passion for music and the desire for greater success, the trio embarks on a life-altering journey to the bustling metropolis of Lagos.”
This Nigerian Broadway-style musical, produced by Bolanle Austen Peters, will immerse its audience in the lives of these young individuals striving to achieve their dreams. Through music and dance, theater patrons will witness the boys’ struggles, triumphs, and the spirit that drives them forward.
