Burna Boy and Colombian pop star Shakira have collaborated on the official anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

 

The song, titled “Dai Dai,” is scheduled for release on May 14, ahead of the tournament jointly hosted by Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Shakira announced the collaboration through her social media platforms.

The collaboration marks another major international milestone for Burna Boy, who becomes the second Nigerian artiste to feature on an official FIFA World Cup anthem. Davido previously appeared on “Hayya Hayya (Better Together),” one of the official songs for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, alongside Trinidad Cardona and AISHA.
