Filmhouse Cinemas has announced that it will reintroduce several popular titles to its theaters this September.
The program includes Disney’s The Lion King (1994), set for September 12, and Mulan (1998) on September 19. Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man Trilogy (2002–2007), featuring Tobey Maguire, is also on the lineup.
Nigerian cinema will feature as well, with Kemi Adetiba’s The Wedding Party (2016) returning to screens in October.
Tickets for the classic screenings have been set at ₦5,000 across Filmhouse locations nationwide.
Re-releases have become increasingly common in global cinema, offering audiences a chance to see older films on the big screen while also contributing to box office revenues.
