FilmJoint Awards Second Outing Aims At Celebrating Cinematic Short Films

Nominations have ended and the highly anticipated FilmJoint Awards are ready to celebrate the brilliance and creativity in cinematic short films on Jan. 11, 2024.
According to the organizers, “The Filmjoint is a platform focused on promoting and marketing quality short films from different parts of the world, thereby giving short film makers the opportunity to make returns from their films and eradicating the lingering ideology that there is no market for short films.”
The 17 category awards include Best International Film, Best African Film, Best Indigenous Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Editing amongst others.
Winners will be decided based on the impact of their storytelling experience and these awards aim at contributing to the cultural enrichment and growth of the industry.
