Five Figurines, the upcoming film directed by Akay Mason, has been scheduled for release in Nigerian cinemas on November 13.
Mason, known for films including Freedom Way and Red Circle, announced the release date in a post on his Instagram page featuring some of the film’s cast.
The ensemble includes Uche Montana, Mike Ezuruonye, Chimezie Imo, Ini Edo, Chuks Joseph, Odunlade Adekola, Clinton Joshua, Bimbo Akintola and Gbubemi Ejeye.
Five Figurines is produced by Story 73 Nigeria Limited and Element 24 Media. The film centres on a story of vengeance and explores themes including power, truth and consequences.
The project marks Mason’s latest directorial feature following Freedom Way and Red Circle.
Cinemax will distribute Five Figurines in cinemas from November 13.
