Moses Babatope to Judge Skudan Monologue Challenge 2025

Moses Babatope, Group CEO of Nile Media Entertainment, has been named as one of the judges for the 2025 edition of the Skudan Monologue Challenge.

The competition, organized by Skudan Production, invites aspiring Nigerian actors to showcase their talent by performing an official script and submitting entries online. Submissions opened on August 25 and will close on September 30, with the winner to be announced on October 30. A cash prize of ₦250,000 is at stake.

Babatope, recognized for his mentorship and contributions to Nollywood, is among the first judges confirmed for the challenge. Skudan Production said his involvement underscores their commitment to credibility and talent development. “We are proud to have him on board as part of our mission to nurture new voices and give back to the creative community,” the company stated.

Other respected professionals from Nigeria and abroad will join Babatope on the judging panel, ensuring that entries are evaluated based on creativity, emotional impact, and delivery.

Founded in 2022, Skudan Production is focused on telling African stories and providing platforms for rising talent. The Monologue Challenge has become one of its flagship initiatives, aimed at inspiring transformation through storytelling and championing cinematic excellence.
