The latest cast member to join Netflix’s upcoming comedy film “72 Hours” is American singer and actress Teyana Taylor.
The update, announced on June 16, 2025, revealed the addition of Ben Marshall from “Saturday Night Live” and Zach Cherry of “Severance” to the ensemble.
Comedian Kam Patterson will also feature in the comedy film, joining previously announced cast members Kevin Hart, Marcello Hernández, and Mason Gooding.
“72 Hours” explores the life of a forty-year-old executive determined to salvage his faltering career by going on a wild bachelor party with a group of twenty-somethings.

Tim Story, known for the “Ride Along” franchise, will helm the film written by Matt Mider & Kevin Burrows, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg.
Producers on the project include John Davis for Davis Entertainment; Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald for Counterbalance Entertainment.
Also sharing production credits on the project are Kevin Hart, Luke Kelly-Clyne, and Bryan Smiley for Hartbeat; Will Packer; and Tim Story for The Story Company.
With the film’s details still unfolding, “72 Hours” will see Taylor in another Netflix project after her recent appearance in Tyler Perry’s “Straw.”
