Netflix has released the official teaser for the fourth season of “The Witcher,” starring Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia. The one-minute clip shows Geralt, with his signature white hair and sword, meandering through a thick fog along with his trusted horse.
When British actor Henry Cavill announced his departure from Netflix’s hit fantasy series, “The Witcher,” in October 2022, with his replacement being Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, there was much speculation as to the relevance of continuing the show without Cavill, who had undoubtedly impressed fans for three seasons with his charisma as he portrayed the fictional lead character, Geralt of Rivia.
Details on what to expect from the fourth season have been kept secret, but it is predicted that the new season will pick up from where the third season left off. The third season focused on Geralt and Yennefer trying to protect Geralt’s adoptive daughter, Ciri, from the many people and creatures who aimed to capture her because of her unique abilities. It also centered on the mystery of the mage working for Nilfgaard.
The release date for season four of “The Witcher” is yet to be announced.
