Priyanka Chopra Shares “Bloody” Behind-the-Scenes Photos from “The Bluff” Set

Priyanka Chopra Jonas  recently gave her 91 million Instagram followers a behind-the-scenes look at her latest project, the pirate action film “The Bluff.”

The 42-year-old actress posted several photos showing her in what appears to be a combat suit, her face splattered with fake blood. She captioned the images “bloody fun times,” offering fans a glimpse into the movie’s gritty aesthetic.

Addressing potential concerns, she added, “PS: FYI for the unversed about my schedule, I’m on a film set and it’s all makeup. The 1800s on pirate ships were violent times!”

“The Bluff” follows a Caribbean woman’s quest to protect her family when past secrets and vicious buccaneers threaten their safety. The film stars Chopra Jonas alongside Karl Urban, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green, and Vedanten Naidoo.

Joe Ballarini and Frank E. Flowers co-wrote the screenplay, with Flowers also directing. Joe and Anthony Russo are producing for AGBO Studios and Amazon MGM Pictures.

Jonas praised the film crew’s efforts. “Incredible to see how every department on a film crew creates make believe into reality. #magicofthemovies,” she wrote.

According to reports, principal photography began in June 2024 in Australia and wrapped in early August 2024.The film will be available for streaming on Prime Video, though a release date has not yet been announced.
