American country-pop artist Shaboozey is teaming up with Nigerian global star Burna Boy for a new single titled “Change Your Mind,” set for release on July 8, 2025.
The collaboration also appears as one of the few features on Burna Boy’s upcoming ninth studio album “No Sign of Weakness,” which arrives three days later on July 11.
A teaser of the track has already circulated online, generating excitement for the genre-blending single that merges Afrobeats, country, and pop influences. Behind-the-scenes photos from the music video shoot expected to drop alongside the song show both artists in cowboy-inspired attire, hinting at a Western-themed visual.
“Change Your Mind” is one of only four collaborations on “No Sign of Weakness,” alongside tracks featuring Travis Scott, Mick Jagger, and Belgian singer Stromae. The album includes 16 tracks in total, with 12 solo performances.
This marks the first collaboration between Burna Boy and Shaboozey, whose breakout hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” dominated the Billboard Hot 100 for nineteen non-consecutive weeks, setting a new record for the longest-running No. 1. The track is certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA, with over 10 million units sold in the U.S., and earned Shaboozey three Grammy nominations at the 67th Awards.
