Showmax Unveils Nigerian Original Reality Series “Sadau Sisters” Starring Rahama Sadau

Showmax, the streaming platform, is set to launch its latest Nigerian Original reality TV series, “Sadau Sisters,” starring renowned Nollywood actress Rahama Sadau and her three sisters: Aisha, Fatima, and Zainab. The 13-episode series is scheduled to premiere exclusively on Showmax on Feb.12, 2024

“Sadau Sisters” delves into the lives of the Sadau siblings, offering viewers an intimate look at Rahama, an award-winning actress who has often found herself amidst controversy; Zainab, a rising star and accomplished baker-restaurateur; Aisha, the family’s peacemaker, and a skilled makeup artist; and Fatima, the youngest sister pursuing a career in fashion modeling.

As the series unfolds, the sisters navigate the complexities of sisterhood, discovering intriguing aspects about each other while addressing family traumas and controversies in pursuit of healing.

Rahama Sadau, known for her versatility as an actress, model, producer, and media personality, gained prominence in the Hausa-language movie industry, Kannywood, in 2013. With appearances in both Hausa and English-language films and series, including projects like “Sons of the Caliphate,” “MTV Shuga,” and “Up North,” Rahama has become a respected figure in the entertainment industry.
