Online speculation suggests that the title may be inspired by the nickname “Oversabi Aunty,” which trended earlier this year following Abraham’s viral antics at the weddings of Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian musician Juma Jux. If true, the actress appears to be turning that internet moment into a strategic creative move.
In addition to producing Oversabi Aunty, Abraham will also direct it—marking her big-screen directorial debut.
