FilmOne Entertainment has unveiled the ensemble cast behind Headless, as part of its distribution deal to bring the Michael W. Ndiomu-directed thriller to the big screen on March 13.
According to FilmOne’s announcement on Instagram, the cast includes Gideon Okeke who plays the lead role as Erastus Okpanachi, Gbubemi Ejeye, Baaj Adebule, Iremide Adeoye, Ruby Okezie, Uzoamaka Aniunoh, Femi Branch and Segun Arinze.

The distribution company’s theatrical partnership with Ndiomu’s Maturion Films follows two years after Headless premiered at the 2024 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) as the opening film.
From the makers of The Origin: Madam Koi Koi, Headless is about a struggling but morally ambiguous filmmaker who is found with incriminating evidence of murder. As the film seeks to answer whether or not he is guilty, interrogations and investigations unearth the connection between the world of politics, crime and the Nigerian film industry.
