Addressing the realities of human trafficking in Africa, 3 Cold Dishes follows the story of three women, Esosa (Osas Ighodaro), Fatouma (Fat Toure), and Giselle (Maud Guerard), who were previously trafficked and later reunite to confront those responsible for their exploitation.

As part of the programmes curated by Ononrakpor and Suwa to celebrate Black-led storytelling, the screening is positioned to highlight Black cultural experiences through its focus on survival, identity, revenge, and the reclamation of power.
